Who are we and what do we do?

We are a group of OD specialists and business practitioners who have a reputation for successfully implementing and managing complex organizational change.  We work closely with your people to achieve the following:

• Define desired outcomes in behaviourial terms  reflecting a strong and tangible ROI
• Undertake research in the organization to establish and differentiate 'needs' from 'wants'
• Test for understanding by interviewing key people and top team sponsors
• Present proposals and options based on our research and outline the strategies and benefits that will accrue to the business
• Manage the implementation of required 'changes' working closely with internal consultants and facilitators
