Video: Influencing the most  Difficult People to accept Change


This video below is taken from a Training package we have produced to help people influence others in a variety of commercial contexts.  Here, Philip explains the basis of the ‘Personality Types’ model, its validity, practicality, ease of use and relevance to developing strategies to influence and persuade others of the logic, the soundness and benefits of your proposals, and your viewpoint.
