Current Client in a Difficult Environment
I have had the good fortune to be working with the Deputy CEO of an organisation in the City who has to take the current organisation and double its revenue in the next three years whist maintaining only marginal increases in its operating costs.
Over lunch we discussed the strategies open to him. Currently, he is migrating into the role of CEO after being appointed to his role as Deputy CEO 9 months ago.
During our time together, we discussed how he could work more effectively with his ‘high powered’ Board of Trustees, how to better manager his direct reports, and his relationship with the CEO.
Over coffee he sketched out an action plan and even a week after our discussions (we have been working together over 21 months and meet once a quarter) we are able to see how this could come to fruition.
