Conservation & Wildlife Charity Creates a Culture of Transformational Leadership & Change
This organisation is well over 100 years old and has close on a million members and subscribers within the UK. Their energies are directed by an extremely vibrant management team, who long ago recognised that significant change only arises when you redesign and reshape the culture of the business.
The business is powered by 1500 full-time staff and over 16,000 volunteers organised throughout the country and the wider world, and is committed to the preservation of Birds, Wildlife and the environment
Leadership Development on the Conservation Agenda
The chosen method was through a Leadership Development process which was the forerunner of a series of other exercises, delivered by myself and the Head of Training of the Charity.
Designing Learning Strategies
We worked closely with the Training manager to design the learning outcomes and the material by which we could introduce change. We ensured that all case materials and leadership exercises would be directly geared to the environment in which the managers and staff operated.
