TEAMSWORK

It is an innovative team exercise, of at least three hours duration, including post exercise facilitation.

The Game is an extremely powerful process for understanding how people operate within and between teams. This exercise is competitive and requires two teams to develop a strategy for amassing as many points as possible.

Intra & Inter Group Conflict & Cooperation

If each team develops a 'what if' analysis of how the other team operates and makes decisions, the exercise will bring out all the dynamics of teams competing to win points. The nature of the exercise is highly interactive and its design is based upon successful consultancy and training interventions operating across functional and geographic boundaries.

This exercise is specifically based upon actual training interventions in leading companies in the USA and the UK. It will bring out all the learning points that will enable teams to work more effectively.

Action Planning for Change

From this one exercise alone the teams will be able to develop a constructive action plan for how they can work more effectively with other teams.

A unique and challenging exercise, with excellent reproductible PDF files featuring Facilitator & Trainer Guide & PDF Master of Participant Workbooks for instant reproduction.
