This Workshop focuses upon the core strategies that you can use to influence in 'one on one' situations and in small groups. Working through and focusing upon key objections even before you sit down with those you need to persuade, is fundamental to success.

 

These skills are equally applicable in the context of selling, customer service, negotiating, training, and selling the notion of the need to change. The rewards that go with management often focus upon the ability to drive, sell and persuade others of the need to improve.

 

During this highly interactive Workshop, Philip will take participants through some of the most effective approaches applied in the art of persuasion.

  • The characteristics of excellence in persuasion and influence
  • Creating "Brand You" - your unique style and power to influence
  • Using Jungian Psychology to identify and deal with key personalities (Completing MBTI)
  • Managing conflict with eloquence
  • Focus on multiple processes of influence - identifying your six influencing strategies
  • Secrets of body language - reading and influencing others
  • Examine personal objections to your proposals
  • Reading the audience, identifying specific personality types, and handling the objections of your audience to your message.
  • Examine your own persuasion strategies
  • Communicate hypnotically - at the subconscious level.
  • Learn to create and manage a strong and positive personal image - your unique USP.
  • Using personality 'profiling' to aid the process of influencing with integrity
