Leading and Motivating Change Management

 

'Without Leadership there is no change' and that is often a reason to work with someone like me who has the experience of working with blue chip and multinational companies.  I have a long background of success in managing change and am expert in Organisation Development.

 

 

This is my new website which may complement information on www.philipatkinsonconsulting.com including over 100 Free published pdf articles on change management.

 

I  have designed this new site with five key objectives:

 

  • Create and focus on the services offered to existing and new clients
  • Provide high value business gaming and the design and publication of L&D materials
  • Exhort short and punchy comments on key issues which impact all organisations pushing their way ahead through the recovery in 2010 
  • Provide up to date information on tools and techniques that deliver results
  • Publish leading thoughts, ideas practised in the world of change, transition and renewal

Our M&A site www.woburnconsulting.com attracts interest even though the trend in M&A, JV's and such like has declined over the last few years.  All partners are continuing to publish their thoughts in pdf's on a regular basis in 2010.
