I am a specialist in Strategic, Cultural and Behavioural change.  Originally an Economist, I studied Organisational Change at postgraduate level before branching out into business. 

 

How do I Manage Organisational Change?

 

For the last twenty years, I have been engaged as a Consultant supporting companies in Personal and Organisational Design and Development (OD), Matrix Management, Business Expansion, Due Diligence, Post Acquisition Integration, Quality Improvement and Culture Change. 

 

I work with a variety of blue chip companies in the UK, Europe and North America in industries ranging from Pharmaceuticals to Genetics and Automotive, to Finance & Banking. I was for some time a faculty member of GE at the Crotonville Facility in New York State .
