During this Workshop we focus on the MBTI instrument as a powerful tool in helping us build strong teams both functionally and across cultures in the larger organisation.
You will learn how to anticipate conflicts and take action to resolve them before they arise. Philip will take participants through the case studies, the MBTI self- assessment questionnaire, and how the results can be used to develop the character and effectiveness of a team.
