Partnering Change
My role is to make change easy for my client. On behalf of my clients I drive and manage corporate, team and personal change to enable them to achieve their business results.
I listen to my clients and work with them to tailor interventions to support them in meeting their business objectives whether they be customer satisafaction, acquisition, retention, growth, acquring and merging new business or just plain and simple development and change management.
I am an independent consultant who partners with a variety of consultancies, training and interim businesses.
My experience is as an Economist and an OD Practitioner. I understand business, how to improve performance, growth, customer acquisition and profitability and I know how and when to implement changes to best advantage.
I have been fortunate to work extensively with some leading organisations such as General Electric, Volkswagen FS, CNH Global, Diageo, BT, Dow, Corning, CMG, Lloyds, RSPB and many others..
OD & Culture Change
Luckily, my background in OD & Culture Change, Applied Psychology, Economics and Total Quality means I can work with the hard and soft elements of building a business culture that delivers. In particular, I work with you to tailor specifically and focus on:
