Completely new projects evolve from others in which I am engaged.  Initially we may start working on a major project on Business Transformation and then an opportunity arises in a new structure for key position to be filled.  It’s at times like this that Search activity commences, resulting in our seeking for reliable candidates to fulfill the role. 

 

In some instances Interim positions come available.  In these circumstances organisations require a strategic role to be filled for a designated period of time.  It’s imperative to get the right person with the right experience to lead the project.
