Portal of Management & Business Games, Simulations & Books

We have launched the new website and are offering some highly innovative management games, simulations and experiential exercises for bringing about significant personal and organisational change.

Benefits of Gaming & Simulations for L&D

L&D professionals and Trainers know about the importance of creating activities by which people can learn quickly, retain the learning and apply it to their job.  The difficulty is that they rarely have enough time to commit to developing the material which is of most value to them.

I have deliberately focused on developing games, simulations and exercises specifically for learning effectively and quickly.  Most of our activities can be completed within half day sessions and can occupy part of a normal work day for delegates undertaking the exercises.

Most games and simulations are designed to be sequential and developmental in nature.  This means we can move quickly from simple to complex problem solving learning and applying a variety of tools and techniques.

Action Learning

All activities require applying different skills of communication, problem solving and creative thinking.  All simulations, exercises and games focus on action learning to incorporate learning more speedily into one’s repertoire of behaviours and skills.

Design of All L&D and Training Materials

All activities and Games have been designed with specified outcomes defined and can be used in a variety of ways to meet client needs.

Once purchased, the exercises can be used time and again to reinforce key learningsthroughout the organisation.  For instance, we know of Trainers who have used ‘Teamswork’ LINK right the way through large organisations to reinforce important messages about conflict and cooperation between functions and departments.

The Games and Exercises are robust and are accompanied with a detailed Trainers’ Guide and Participant workbooks all incorporated in PDF format on a CD.  So its easy to reproduce material for groups and at no additional cost.  So if you decide to use Teamswork you can use it just as well with 20 or 2,000 delegates over many months.

In some organisations because of Geographic locations and Regional offices it makes more sense to purchase multiple copies of Games etc – so they can be easily accessed and on hand.

Payment for Games  & Resources

We operate a non Returns Policy for L&D materials unless the materials are damaged in transit.  If you wish to see any game demonstrated you can do so by attending one of our Breakfast Briefings or Open Days which are organized around the UK & Europe.

Currently, advance payment for all products, books, Games etc can be made through our specific Learning Strategies Product website – click HERE.

In the coming months we will be adding eBooks, video clips and a payment portal on this site but, in the meantime, we’d be grateful if you could use Learning Strategies Ltd as a payment portal.
